Acquired operations of Hudson Brothers, Inc. of Guthrie, Kentucky, adding 1.2 million layers

Acquired the operations of Hillandale Farms, Inc. and Hillandale Farms of Florida, Inc., increasing production capacity by 30 percent

Acquired egg production assets of Tampa Farm Service, Inc. and Zephyr Egg Company, adding 6.0 million layers.

Acquired egg assets of Pilgrim’s Pride and Maxim Production Co. – adding 4.9 million layers
